Purpose of the service
Hezia Core is a financial tracking, education and organisation tool. It does not provide personalised investment advice. It is neither a broker nor an investment service provider: Hezia Core executes no order, holds none of your assets and gives no personalised recommendation to buy, sell or allocate. The descriptive and numerical findings shown by the service never constitute investment advice.
Access and security of your account
Using the service requires creating an account (email and password) and verifying your email address. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for any activity carried out from your account. You can turn on two-factor authentication (TOTP) in your security settings to better protect your account.
Accuracy of the information you provide
The financial data shown by Hezia Core (entered manually or imported) relies on the information you provide. You remain solely responsible for its accuracy. Import assistance (deterministic analysis, possibly complemented by AI assistance) may suggest data to validate: these suggestions always require your validation before anything is saved, and are never applied automatically without your agreement.
Availability and changes
The service is currently offered as a beta: interruptions, maintenance or feature changes may occur without long notice. No guaranteed availability (SLA) is committed at this stage.
Discord community (optional)
Hezia Core offers an optional connection to a Discord community server. Your conduct on that server remains subject to the server's own rules, separate from these terms. The data actually exchanged with Discord is described in our privacy policy.
Intellectual property
The service, its interface, code and brand remain the property of its publisher (see the legal notice). You keep ownership of the financial data you enter or import.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the service lawfully, not to try to bypass its security measures, not to resell access to the service to a third party, and not to use it for fraudulent purposes.
Closing and deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time from your “Account” area (irreversible, explicit confirmation required). The publisher may, proportionately, suspend or close an account in case of clearly fraudulent or abusive use of the service.

These terms may evolve as the service progresses. The date of the latest revision is shown here.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law.
